We present this renovated apartment next to the large pool in Aldea Blanca, Nueva Andalucia, with a unique location flooded with natural light from windows in four directions and direct access from street level.
The apartment has an open floor plan that connects the kitchen and the living room and leads out to the spacious terrace with sea views, perfect for dinners, drinks and barbecues. The terrace is at an angle, which ensures good sun exposure throughout the day. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and induction hob. There are also amenities such as a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.
On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, while the downstairs has an extra bedroom and storage/laundry facilities.
Guests can enjoy shared access to a fantastic heated outdoor pool. There are also plenty of opportunities for recreation, with tennis courts on site and golf, padel and horse riding nearby. Explore the charm of Plaza de los Naranjos, just 7 km away, or stroll to Puerto Banus marina, just 1.2 km from the property. Malaga Airport is 47 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

Deposition:
Upon check-in, a security deposit of 500 euros can be settled either in cash or by card. This amount will be refunded during check-out, provided the accommodation is in satisfactory condition. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same bank account within one week.
